Coconut Shrimp

Ingredients :
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup panko bread crumbs
2/3 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1/4 cup honey
1-1/2 teaspoons black pepper
Cooking spray
2 eggs
12 oz. shrimp, peeled and deveined
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup lime juice
Directions :
Mix the flour and black pepper in a bowl. In another bowl, beat the egg.
In the third bowl, mix the bread crumbs and coconut flakes.
Dip each of the shrimp in the first, second, and third bowls.
Place in the Ninja Foodi basket. Set it to air crisp.
Cover the crisping lid. Cook at 400 degrees F for 8 minutes, turning halfway through. Season with the salt and pepper.
Mix the remaining ingredients and serve with the shrimp.
