Ingredients :

1 lb. large shrimp, peeled and deveined

¼ cup flour

2 eggs, beaten

2 cups breadcrumbs Sauce

¼ cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce

2 teaspoons sriracha sauce

1 tablespoon honey

1 teaspoon rice vinegar

Directions :

Coat the shrimp with flour.

Dip in egg and then dredge with breadcrumbs.

Select air crisp setting. Preheat at 250 degrees F for 7 minutes.

Add the breaded shrimp to the air crisp tray.

Cook at 350 degrees F for 5 minutes per side.

Mix the sauce ingredients. Serve shrimp with sauce.
