Crispy Fish Nuggets

Servings: 4 Cooking Time: 15 Minutes
Ingredients :
1 lb. cod fillet, sliced into 8 pieces
Salt and pepper to taste
½ cup flour
1 tablespoon egg with
1 teaspoon water
1 cup bread crumbs
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Directions :
Season the fish with salt and pepper. Cover with the flour.
Dip the fish in the egg wash and into the bread crumbs.
Place the fish nuggets in the Ninja Foodi basket.
Set it to Air Crisp. Seal with the crisping lid.
Cook at 360°F for 15 minutes. serving
Suggestions: Serve with lemon honey tartar sauce.
