1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon pickle juice
2 tablespoons dill pickles, chopped
2 white fish fillets
2 teaspoons Old Bay Seasoning
2 tablespoons flour
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
2 slices low-fat cheese slices
2 burger buns
Mix mayo, pickle juice and dill pickles in a bowl. Cover and place inside the refrigerator.
Add seasoning and flour in a dish. Beat egg in a bowl. Put breadcrumbs in the third bowl.
Coat fish fillets with flour mixture. Dip in egg and then dredge with breadcrumbs.
Add fish fillets to the air fryer basket. Set Ninja Foodi Grill to air fry.
Cook at 350 degrees F for 10 to 12 minutes.
Add crispy fish to burger buns. Top with tartar sauce and cheese.
