Swordfish With Caper Sauce

Servings: 4 Cooking Time: 8 Minutes
Ingredients :
Pepper as needed
Salt as needed
2 tablespoon capers drained
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 lemon, sliced into 8 slices
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 swordfish steaks, 1 inch thick
Directions :
Take a large shallow bowl and whisk together the lemon juice and oil Season with swordfish steaks with salt and pepper on each side, place in the oil mixture
Turn to coat both sides and refrigerate for 15 minutes Insert the grill grate and close the hood Pre-heat Ninja Foodi by pressing the “GRILL” option at and setting it to “MAX” and timer to 8 minutes
Let it pre-heat until you hear a beep Arrange the swordfish over the grill grate, lock lid and cook for 9 minutes
Place a medium saucepan over medium heat and melt butter
Add the lemon slices and capers to the pan and cook for 1 minute Then turn off the heat
Remove the swordfish from the grill and serve with caper sauce over it Enjoy!
