Salt and black pepper to taste
4 cod fillets, cut into
1 large egg, lightly beaten
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
½ lime, juiced
½ cup all-purpose flour
Olive oil for brushing
2 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
1 cup sour cream
4 medium corn tortillas
1 medium avocado, pitted, peeled, and chopped
½ cup shredded red cabbage
Lime wedges for serving
Insert the dripping pan in the bottom part of the air fryer and preheat the oven at Air Fry mode at 400 F for 2 to 3 minutes.
Lightly brush the rotisserie basket with some olive oil and set aside. Season the fish with salt, black pepper, and lime juice.
Pour the flour onto a plate and the breadcrumbs onto another.
Dredge the fish pieces lightly on the flour, then in the eggs and the breadcrumbs.
Put the coated fish in the rotisserie basket and fit into the oven using the rotisserie lift. Set the timer for 9 minutes or until the fish pieces are golden brown.
To serve, lay the tortillas individually on a clean, flat surface and add the fish pieces. Top with the cabbage, avocado, cilantro, sour cream, and lime wedges. Serve immediately.
