Ingredients :

4 cod fish fillets

Salt and sugar to taste

250 ml water

5 tablespoons light soy sauce

1 teaspoon dark soy sauce

3 tablespoons oil

5 slices ginger

Directions :

Pat the cod fillets dry. Season with the salt, sugar, and sesame oil. Marinate for 15 minutes.

Flip and cook for 2 minutes. Take the fish out and set aside.

Put the rest of the ingredients in the pot. Set it to Sauté.
