Mahi & Salsa
Servings: 4 Cooking Time: 12 Minutes
4 mahi fillets
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste Basting
¼ cup honey
3 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons creole seasoning
1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped Salsa
1 teaspoon cumin
¼ cup lime juice
1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
1 cup pineapple chunks
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 jalapeño pepper, chopped
Coat fish with oil. Season with salt and pepper. In a bowl, mix basting ingredients. Set your unit to grill.
Set temperature to max and time to 15 minutes.
Press start. After unit beeps, add fish to the grill.
Brush the top with the basting sauce. Cook for 6 minutes.
Flip and brush the other side with the sauce.
Cook for another 6 minutes. In another bowl, mix the salsa ingredients. Serve fish with salsa.
