Ingredients :

2 tilapia cod fillets

Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste

2 sprigs fresh dill

4 slices lemon

2 tablespoons butter

Directions :

Lay out two large squares of parchment paper. Place fillet in center of each parchment square and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

On each fillet, place 1 sprig of dill, 2 lemon slices, and 1 tablespoon butter.

Place trivet at the bottom of your Ninja Foodi.

Add 1 cup water into the pot. Close parchment paper around fillets and fold to make a nice seal.

Place both packets in your pot.

Lock the lid and cook on high pressure for 5 minutes. Quickly release the pressure. Serve and enjoy!
